I had several lights come on the dash the day before school started. I'm a single mom with 6 kids so it's hard to find rides for everyone to school and work, but Jerry's bent over backwards to get my vehicle back to me ASAP. I'm really grateful for folks that care and do everything they can to help

I live in North KC but work in Grandview. Went into Jerry's needing a headlight replaced and a state inspection before work. The person helping me at the counter, Melvin, did a great job explaining the services and keeping me in the loop, and the tech who worked on my vehicle, Scott, explored every avenue with the headlight fix which ended up saving me a couple hundred dollars. I spent a little more time up there than I originally expected, but for the diligent service and the kindness, I will certainly be back. Thank you Melvin and Scott!

I put an appointment in online, called them up the day of, Matt (the guy on the phone with me) said he didnt see an appointment but to bring it on down anyways due to the website messing up. Really helpful and efficient!
